Colorado Citizen Requirement for Voting Initiative
This initiative would amend the Colorado Constitution to say, “Only a citizen of the United States who has attained the age of eighteen years, has resided in this state for such a time as may be prescribed by law, and has been duly registered as a voter if required by law shall be qualified to vote at all elections.” A large majority of voters in the area thought this was already a law, which made it difficult to attain a significant amount of signatures in a short period of time. 110 circulators reported 205,000 delivered signatures for this initiative.
Florida - Constitutional
Florida Amendment 4
Florida Amendment 4 would require voter-approved constitutional amendments to be approved by voters at a second general election to become effective. LTVD ensured that the 400 circulators working for LTVD on this project did not also work for the opposing initiative in the state of Florida. We delivered 1,230,000 signatures for this initiative over the course of 6 months.
Florida - Constitutional
Florida Amendment 1
This initiative would amend the Florida Constitution to say, “Only a citizen of the United States who is at least eighteen years of age and who is a permanent resident of the state, if registered as provided by law, shall be an elector of the county where registered.” Over the course of 5 months, 500 circulators collected signatures, reporting a total of 1,500,000 delivered signatures.
California - Referendum
California Proposition 25
California Proposition 25 eliminates the option for bail for people who were arrested. Additionally, it replaces our current discretion of judges and bail hearings with computer algorithms to determine who qualifies for release pending trial. 200 circulators collected signatures for the referendum against SB10.
